Lumini: Shipping & Returns

So you’ve done your shopping; just how long will it be till you can rock that gorgeous Swarovski Crystal Bracelet?

Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:
  • We ship on business days. Monday - Friday, excluding Sundays and national holidays.
  • We dispatch orders usually within 24 hours from receiving your order.
  • Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email.
In case your order gets delayed for reasons outside of our control, we shall communicate as such to you.

  1. How much is shipping?

    Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

    We currently ship within India. We offer free courier delivery on all prepaid orders within India.

  2. Do you offer COD?

    Due to the high costs involved in shipping via Cash On Delivery (COD), we only offer COD on orders over Rs 999.  Taking into consideration not only the COD fees, but also higher costs involved in processing orders and rates of refused shipments, it's otherwise not fair on our part to pass on these costs to our prepaid customers.

  3. Can I track my order?

    We only use reputable courier companies, and thus tracking is always available on every order placed with us. Tracking details will be included on your orders page as well as in the shipping email we send you.

  4. Where does my order ship from?

    We ship from Goa, India, using the network of our courier shipping partners (FedEx, Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc.) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. We only use reputable courier companies, and never the local post office to ship your order.

  5. How do I cancel an order on Lumini.in?

    You can cancel your order under following scenarios:

    a) Cancellation before your order has been shipped:
    • If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will credit your account with the entire amount.

    b) Cancellation after your order has been shipped:
    • Unfortunately, for obvious reasons we cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped. In case of extenuating circumstances however, please contact Customer Service.



  1. What is the 7-Day Replacement Guarantee? All products sold by Lumini.in unless marked on product page are covered under our 7-Day Replacement Guarantee related to damages or defects only. All you need to do is to notify us of one of the issue within 7-days from the date of delivery at your end, and we will either refund your money or give you a store credit.

    In order to get the defective item replaced contact Customer Service via email at cs@lumini.in as soon as you receive the package. Our customer service team shall contact you and either the defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately, or we will refund your money.

    The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 7-Day Replacement Guarantee:

    • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product
    • Any product not in its original condition
    • Any product that is returned without complete original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
    • Any product which has its product tag / seal broken, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number / broken seal.
    • Product marked as ‘Not eligible for Replacement’ on the respective Product page


  1. How do I return or exchange a defective item? We offer returns and exchanges within one week from the date of delivery. Here’s how you can process your exchange or return:

    For an exchange or return you must notify Lumini.in within 7 days of receipt of the product.

    To notify Lumini.in, write to us at cs@Lumini.in with your return or exchange request. Please include your order details (Order number/ order confirmation email) and details of the piece you would like to return or exchange and your reason for doing so.

    We will write back to you with a return authorization and further details on how to process your return or exchange. We will also coordinate a courier pick-up for your piece.

    Please pack all pieces with all tags intact, in their original packing. If the original tags have been removed or tampered with, we won’t be able to process your return.

    Once we have received the item, we will check it to make sure it is in good condition and eligible for returns. Thereafter, we will credit your account within 10 to 14 working days the amount paid for the piece.

    We do not accept returns or exchange for the products which are Made to Order or Made to Measure.

    Within India, we would refund the full amount paid. For International Orders, we would not be able to refund Shipping Charges or import customs duties.
