How do I order products on Lumini.in

Browse for your favorite products, add them to cart, then use one-page checkout to get them delivered to your house. You can also use Quick Buy to instantly purchase only a specific product that you love.

How do I search for a product?

Searching for your favorite products is made simple. You can browse the store by category or you can type in what you are looking for in a search bar on top right of any page you are on.

How do I pay for my order?

During checkout you have a choice of various forms of payment: PayTM, debit and credit cards, etc. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery facility.

Is the ordering procedure secure?

We never share your personal information for any other purpose than order delivery. All your information is kept secure in the store’s database. Moreover, our payment methods are always secure. You can make payment using credit card, Visa/Mastercard or PayPal.

How do I purchase items in my shopping cart?

Simply proceed to checkout page, fill out the Delivery Address form and pick your preferred form of payment. Follow the on-screen instructions to make your payment. Upon successful order you will receive additional confirmation of Order Received on your provided email address.

I am having problems during checkout. What do I do?

If you face any problems using our website, please let us know via contact form. You can also call or Whatsapp us via the hotline number you can find here. Our support team will fix any problems within 24 hours. We are always here to assist you.

How much is shipping?

For all orders within India, we offer free shipping by courier.

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery facility.

Where do you ship to?

Currently we ship within India from our warehouses in Goa, India.

What about customs duty?

For deliveries within India all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.

For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country.

What courier company do you ship to?

We use the most reliable courier services for deliveries including FedEx, UPS and Delhivery.

We send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We endeavor to ship your order within 24 hours. However under certain circumstances it can be upto 2 business days.

Delivery Times vary greatly. However, since we only use Couriers, shipping times are far lower than if postal services were used. To give you a rough idea, the delivery time from metro to metro within India is about 3 business days.

In case your order gets delayed for reasons outside of our control, we shall communicate as such to you.

How do return/exchange my item(s)?

We offer returns and exchanges within 10 days from the date of delivery. Here’s how you can process your exchange or return:

For an exchange or return you must notify Lumini.in within 10 days of receipt of the product.

To notify Lumini.in, write to us at cs@Lumini.in with your return or exchange request. Please include your order details (Order number/ order confirmation email) and details of the piece you would like to return or exchange and your reason for doing so.

We will write back to you with a return authorization and further details on how to process your return or exchange. We will also coordinate a courier pick-up for your piece.

Please pack all pieces with all tags intact, in their original packing. If the original tags have been removed or tampered with, we won’t be able to process your return.

Once we have received the item, we will check it to make sure it is in good condition and eligible for returns. Thereafter, we will credit your account within 10 to 14 working days the amount paid for the piece.

We do not accept returns or exchange for the products which are Made to Order or Made to Measure.

Within India, we would refund the full amount paid. For International Orders, we would not be able to refund Shipping Charges or import duties, customs fees or local taxes paid by you.
